Covai Property Management Services Private Limited (CPMS) provides services related to clients and property management.

CPMS, with over five years of experience, looks after the care of our senior citizens in our Comfort & Retirement Homes.

CPMS also provides the following services with regard to property management of those properties constructed by our Company only:

Provide care and service to senior citizens in all our Comfort & Retirement Homes
Managing your property in your absence
Finding a good tenant
Be the link between you and the tenant as your Property Manager
Complete lease agreement formalities with your Tenant
Maintain your home in your absence
Payment of house + water taxes, electricity + phone charges in your absence
