These necessities made us evolve the concept of Comfort and Retirement Homes. No, it is not a new concept but we modified it to suit our Indian requirements. We did not want to adopt an alien concept and thrust it on our esteemed customers.

We also realized that you would like to own the property instead of living in a home on lease. Why not? It is your hard earned money and you decide what you want to do with it. But we have one condition – our Comfort and Retirement Homes would be for people above 50 Years.

However, you can invest in our Comfort and Retirement Homes even if you are below 50 years of age, provided you move in after you are 50. Until then you will have to let us manage your property, give it on rent to people above 50 years of age, collect the rent and deposit it in your bank account. This is mainly because we want to maintain the identity of Comfort and Retirement Homes – a small price for the comforts that you would get when you need.

We look after over 156 families in these three projects named, Soundaryam Comfort Homes, Santhosham Retirement Homes and Shenbhagam Estates. While Soundaryam and Santhosham Comfort & Retirement Homes share common amenities, Shenbhagam Estates has separate similar amenities.
